Our Story

Heritage Grounds Properties was founded to fix a simple problem: renting, buying, selling, and listing property in Nigeria is too often built on trust that isn't backed by anything. Fake titles, duplicate plots, disappearing landlords, and unverified agents cost families their savings every year.

We started in Kogi State because it's home — and because Kogi's growing towns deserve the same standard of property dealing available in Lagos or Abuja. We buy, sell, and rent out land, houses, and commercial buildings directly, and we let verified agents list properties too — every agent identity-checked, every listing reviewed before it reaches a buyer or tenant.
